what am i getting into how hard are axle piviot bushings to replace. and how do you replace the axle seals never done them before.

You talking about your explorer?

The pivot bushings require dismantling most of your front suspension IIRC. Axle seals can be done at the same time. You have to remove the entire wheel assembly to the point where only the shaft and knuckle are present. Then slide the seal over the shaft and into the housing.

What kind of time is involved in it. Kinda seeming like a job for some one else lol

It could be done in a few hours if you have all the tools necessary. I would estimate 3-4 hours.
