Vibration after level kitt. HELP.

Hello. So I purchased a 2009 fx4 with 35k miles all stock.. installed a level kit with torsion keys and rear shackles. 3in kit. Ever since professional install I have what feels like drivetrain vibration from 60mph and up. So far I have rebalanced tires three times to make sure. Removed front drive shat, changes all u joints, shimmed rear difff 2degrees and cannot get it to stop. Stumped 2 mechanical shops so far.
