Haha, nah... those were by far the biggest Ford Big Block engines created... monsters is what they were... chevy big block killers!

Lucky man!!! I'd love to have a old F100 with a flippin 510 in it! It would live on the drag strip! lol

I saw the VTEC in a bagged ranger one time... that was back in the day though...

I sold the transmission outta my wrecked 99 to a guy with a miata who said he was gonna use it for a turbo miata project...

the older miatas have great setups for the V8 swaps! plenty of room and nice and sturdy. the newer ones have ton of potential to work with.

the guy that had the V8 miata went to my school. only problem he had was a stock 302 swap, no forged internals, no major internal work done, and a 200 direct shot of ZEX nitrous... he was trying to show off and the engine dropped through the bottom of the car at 45 mph and the rearend of the car war ripped off with the engine... all that was left was the front end of the car minus part of the main frame and the engine... idiot!

yeah it is... i used to see his car everyday at school and after that happened he had a 88 or so civic hatchback that he pushed to school. lol
