hey guy i figured i would start my own build thread here so here it is

ok so this is when i first got the truck it already had the clear corners and custom tail lights. the stats are 2wd, 2.3l, 5 speed, and im pretty sure its the short box version



everything other than the corner and tail lights was all stock


this is after the 4" rough country lift i put in i dont have any pics of when it was going in. i also painted the front bumper and grille

heres some pics of the lift i put in


now for all the stuff that i did inside of the truck

i painted some trim stuff inside i didnt go crazy with it i also put in a new head unit and i also put in 4 alpine 6X9 speakers to replace the old ones, i also wwent to a junk yard and found some decent 91 ford escort gt seats that i put in my truck ive also bought a center console to put in there as well. i dont have any pics of the seats or center console at this moment


and i still have to take pics of the new front bumper i got and the grille that iam making and the back up camera i put in so stay tuned

lol i no tom ive bin trying to polish it wit a wack load of poishers but it doesnt get the yellow away i havent tryed the Mothers ball polish stuff yet, and it looks like it works so i guess ill try that. and thanks every one for the comments im gonna try and get some pics of everything tomorrow just need to figure out how to use my moms camera lol.

for tires i was thinking some 33" BFG's if i get my body lift, if i dont get a body lift than i would probably run some 31" BFG's

i would go for a 31 10.50 unless ur planing on adding unto ur engine for more power if u do alot of crazy stff or if u like to drive fast and quickly acelerate than do a 31 10.50 it will be a burden on ur drivetrain and engine if u do a 33 and u don't want to wreck that all up lol

If it was me Id run some cheapo AT's up front and some Swampers out back , but thats me. With a 2wd you need all the traction you can get in the rear. If you can get your hands on a locker or at least L/S that would help out.

yea i was think on swaping my 2.3l out for an explorer 4.0l and idk if expo's came with l/s but if they did i would find one with an l/s, it would make finding stuff alot easier if its all in one truck. but yea my drive train isnt gonna stay the same for long.

90% of the Expo 8.8's are L/S, especially the ones with 4.10's and discs. It wouldnt hurt to throw new clutch packs in it before you put it in. Most Expos came with 3.73's but if you are patient you can find one with 4.10's.

and does anybody have any opinions on what to do with the lower valance? any help would be great
