Hi all,
My 1991 ford ranger xlt 3.0 been having issues staying started.

I isolated the issue to a vaccum-in hose missing.
My problem is I do not know what it is called or what(if anything) connects to.
I remember the old hose just on it but looked to have been cut.

Below is a picture.
The big hose in the upper right corner goes to the brake master cylinder.
Can someone help me identify the part?

This is resolved. I was told that it was an Auxiliary air intake.
I bought a vacuum cap and now it's running smoothly again.
