how can i keep my coil pack dry

You could do a permanent move to the cab so you dont have to worry about it! LOL, that would be a big time project!

when i used to play in a lot of water in Virgina i would use permatex "sorry i could not speel it"and put it around all of the connectors and the distributor cap but the best way is to move everything that should not get submersed in water to the cab

ow its just some wire's i have seen plenty of trucks that have done this there is a 97 explorer running around here that has moved all of his electronics in the cab

Don't know about the coil pack but you can move the computer to behind the glove-box cover. There is just enough wire but you lose the glove box. If I remember I'll take a pic; it's in my b-II.

find a tupper ware container that it all fits into pull the items you want dry put them it the tupperware then mount them back up run the wiring up into tupperware from bottom than seal up with silcon then just pop the lid on simpel. if that make ANY sence

thats a good idea sloue im tired if changin Rotor buttons because of hitting water lol

Ford must have had one of those great engineering moments :lamp: when they decided to move the computer from the cab to the engine compartment.

Yeah, it wasn't too smart on their part. Especially considering how much dead space there is behind these bulky dashes on 95+ models.

im glad they moved it to where it is it used to be lower in the kicker panel and it suck being there the comp is an easy fix cuz they already (from fthe factory) sealed the sides of the comp all you have to do is run some silacone on the wire side. the things you have to worry about is everything else now lol

just go so fast that you skip across the top of the water then you wont get it wet
