Hello everyone sorry for long post but I need help. I would love your input I have a 96 ford ranger 3.0 auto. My Dads old truck been in shed for long time but last three years he was driving before he parked it he told me he added water to radiator every other time he drove it. He gave me the old truck not to long ago and I want to restore it sentimental value but you do have add a Lil water I have no water or oil mixture. No bubbles when cap off radiator but I do see few bubbles sometimes in coolant tank. I am asking if it could be head gasket or what else it could be? If he been adding water for 2-3years to truck how could it be head gasket wouldn't it had blew out by now? And I been driving it alot to see if would blow on out if that's what it was. It also has temp gauge it goes up and down while driving it will go from 1/4- 1/2 maybe 3/4 but never over heat's plz let me know your input really appreciate the help. Thank you.
