So in the past couple of months I have actually been motivated to do some stuff on my truck. The major thing I did was change the engine cuz I blew it up in the beginning of December. No pics of that though.

After I waxed and cleaned it all up:

New Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's 31x10.5x15 and took the the ugly stripes off.

And then painted the flares, front bumper, grille, corner light surround trim things, door handles, and body moldings.

yes i would have to agree with RICO9 i did the same on mine except the front ones i need to do a different shade it's a ticket to have the front ones tinted beyond 50 percent in Cali

Yes it sucks when i bought my truck in the glove box was a ticket for tinted front windows from the previous owner hahahaha better him then me i always say..

Plans are:
20% tint all the way around, even over the factory stuff so the backs are little darker than the front-any front tint is pretty much illegal in MI but I don't care too much cuz I'll probably end up tinting the windows with help from a buddy who has done it on a couple of vehicles.

Paint the factory wheels black until I find some aftermarket ones-probably whatever I find a deal on, but I really want American Racing 23 wheels: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ARE-235865/?rtype=10

2" coil spacers for the front, explorer leafs for the rear with lift shackles

Explorer center console-mount cb and future switches in it somehow

New headlights/ corners-can't decide what ones I want

Newer model tail lights

06+ Mirrors

Rubber floor from a newer Edge model


The dream: 4bt Cummins with a 5-speed manual conversion

and 4" Rough Country lift

Yeh, and I'm a poor college student. And on top of that I want to get a road bike, a 75-79 Ford F-100 2wd shortbed, and find a 351 Windsor to build in a performance machining class. I'll never have any money for like 10-15 years. Got students loans to pay off after college and possibly getting married to the girl I have been dating for the last 2.5 years.

Yeh, I will hopefully be graduating in 2012 too if I don't keep adding on classes that I want to take but are not necessary. I kind of want to add up the prices of what I want to do, but do not want to know the total.
