As far as I know all the TTB coils are the same. The SuperCab and Exploder coils may be a squeak stiffer, but not enough to gain any more than .5" not to mention used coils are probably sagged anyway.
F series coils can be used, but they are bigger around and dont sit quite right in the buckets, not to mention they are stiff as hell when there isnt a V8 and a full size body sitting on them.
I think you should be looking for some softer coils to absorb some of the shock. If you use stiff f series coils then you will put alot of load/stress ob the frame.
The coils would still be stiff. F-series trucks weigh a lot more up front than any RBV no matter what motor they have. I wthink the L6 300 weighs just as much, if not more than the 302 and 351.
