Well, since the site has slow started to grow, I believe it's time for some Moderation. One should do, and we should have a vote for the new Moderator. Do the same thing as in ROTM, but for the new Moderator.

Of course each Moderator I set up would have to be a very active member to stay on top of everything going on in the boards in which they moderate...

Moderators would have the power to lock threads, delete posts, etc... but they cant abuse the power... lol

Gotcha, so just basically a person to make sure everything goes okay and all like that. Sounds good, it would help you out too for when you arent on the site if something happens.
