hey guys i bought an axle for the f250, its not a dana 60 but its a solid dana 44 8 bolt from a 1976 -77.5 f250, its low pinion has disks, ball joints ect. just need some info on this axle i got these codes from it but cant find usefull info on it. codes are 44 8ef and 37070. also need some info on my dana 44 hd ttb front end i have. like axle shaft diameter all the specs on it. hopfully you guys can help me out. thanks guys

also need to know if some of my parts like, gears, rotors, calipers, can be swaped from the ttb to the solid axle. thanks

Sorry white, I don't know about those axles. If nobody else does, post up when you find the info.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the axle shafts on the D44 TTB are no different from the regular D44 in terms of splines, gears, and width. Hence them both being called a "D44".

This wikipedia article doesn't list specs for the regular and TTB seperately, so I'm thinking it must be the same for both:
