by way of update, I've done some research, it could be a number of things going wrong, I'm not convinced the brakes and disc are at fault, I think it might be the Rear drums not working or the abs system putting all of the braking load to the front. are there any other items that i should check to see if this can be fixed, please.

Hi, I bought a 69-plate ranger last year great truck, but I do tend to go through brake discs quite quickly which is a bit worrying, ive been running fords standard pads and discs has anyone upgraded with better results. any suggestions would be fantastic thanks in advance.
