After a quick search I can only find the below:-
NEW For Ford Ranger 2019 T8 Grille Complete Grille Replacement with RED Sides | eBay
This isn't quite what you are looking for as you would be buying the whole grill rather than red bits that stick on your existing grill.
Little surprised something like that isn't mass produced in china as it looks pretty cool. I'd think it would be easy for someone with a 3D printer to make too.
