Drivetrain components needed

I own a 2006 Ford Ranger ( in some parts of the world model is referred to as Courier XLX) and I'm having my stock manual transmission replaced due to component failure. I am in need of a drive shaft " Yoke" & a Dynamic Damper These parts were installed on the Mazda B2900 back then. From researching my manual transmission is a R15M-D 2wd. Could you enthusiasts point me to where I could get these parts online. I'm from the Caribbean and there are not many of these laying around locally
