I have 2 problems I can not figure out.
1. When filling the fuel tank it is real slow about 15 mins to fill the tank. I think it is a pressure issue but not sure what.
2. The truck runs and drives good until you stop then it dies but you can start right back up but you have to feather the gas to keep running.
The 2 issues may be related I am not sure.

The truck has new.
Distributor
Coil pack
Plugs and Wires
Ignition Module
Idle Control Valve

I have been thinking about replacing the filler neck to see if that would help with the fueling problem. I just need pointing in the right direction. I am not sure if the 2 problems are related. Any help or advice would be welcome.

The fuel fill connection is rubber and it might be collapsed, mine was ripped and I replaced it a few years ago however now it leaks around where it connects to the fuel tank. Your problem maybe needing a new hose. LMC truck has them also Rock Auto where I purchased my last one.
