Hello, I'm brand new to this forum and not sure if I'm posting in the right place but this seemed like the best bet, please let me know otherwise.

So I purchased a 2000 ford ranger 4x4 xlt automatic Trans about a month back and after loving my new ride for about a week I managed to hydroplane it into a concrete wall and wrecked the whole front end.
Engine wise it seems to run okay. It has trouble starting when left sitting for a while, the abs light is always on, but despite the ragged noise the engine makes it doesn't throw any codes. Most of the damage is body related. The frame is out of alignment, the fenders on both sides need to be repaired or replaced. The fiberglass piece just in front of the radiator behind the grill is cracked and needs replacing as well. After doing a bit of work to get a better look at the engine bay and wheel wells I'll need a totally new hood.
My question for you guys is where should I start if I want to do as much of this repair work myself? I have access to all of my family members tools and knowledge, but it never hurts to be more informed.

Thanks and have a great day!
