Hi, I'm new to the Forum today, and have a 2017 Ranger XLT Supercab auto and replaced the stock rims, I think they were 18", with 20" Fuel Assault and Falken 305/55R20 Wildpeak AT3W tyres - nice combo. I think this makes it 35's, not 33's ?
These look HOT for the road but don't want to use them off road, so wondering what's the best wheel/tyre combo for off road and mainly doing sand beach driving Fraser Is or Moreton Is in Qld, Australia. I have an auto hoist business so can easily change the wheels when I go off road no issue. I believe a small rim is best with a big side wall tyre so when deflated for the sand will give best traction. So any suggestions on best combo for this environment would be appreciated. The car has a 3" front lift and 2" rear lift, so don't want it to look odd with too smaller wheels also when on the beach. PS: the 4 standard 18's rims are for sale still with good tyre tread.
Pic attached...
