Thorton tune or something similar may fix you right up. It did me on 2020 XLT. Claiming 60 more HP and 5 more miles per gallon, which I haven’t verified yet, but it takes the throttle hesitation out. Shifts smoother, and definitely makes it more more zippy than stock. Peace.
2020 Lariate 10 speed tranny issues.
Is Ford ever going to come out with a fix for the issues with the 10 speed transmission in Ranger. Everyone I know that has a Ranger with this transmission has the same issues, lag in shifter, hard clunck going into reverse and the worst is when driving 40 and under it feels like it jumping from one gear to another.
Plus there’s a lag when you get on the gas that my dealer can’t get fixed.
