I have a 2006 Ranger 2.3L. My bottom radiator is stone cold all the time. I am wondering if this is caused by the thermostat being stuck closed? Or could it be plugged radiator? I still get tons of heat because of the bypass system I suspect but shouldn't there be some amount of heat in the lower hose? All my other vehicles the lower hose is plenty warm. It is a pressurized system with the thermostat and sensor in one piece. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Charb .
